A modern working life is recognized by attractive working conditions for employees and leaders, dynamically adjusting to new ways of life in society. Our goal is to contribute to a future-oriented working life through research that ensures the needs of workers and companies. With our contributions we create an environment for innovation within organizations and increase value creation in society. Until 2009 we were called New Praxis.

Research

We make use of different scientific methods and dialogue-based work forms.

We formulate our research and projects in close cooperation with our customers and cooperating research institutions. The development of efficient and attractive work practices through our projects is integral in our research methods. We take part in the public debate concerning the development of working life.

Work Research is a group within SINTEF Technology and Society. We are 19 researchers with extensive experience as worklife specialists.
