Sinvent AS manages all IPR owned by SINTEF

Sinvent AS manages all patents, patent applications and other IPR ("Intellecual Property Rights") owned by SINTEF. This encompasses IPR used for strategic purposes within SINTEF, as well as commercialised IPR.

There is an annual increase in the number of patent applications filed by SINTEF each year. SINTEF filed for 80 patents in 2006.
