Cleanroom laboratory processing
The department of Microsystems and Nanotechnology at SINTEF has 800 m² of clean room laboratory in the MiNaLab building. MiNaLab is the only independent complete silicon processing line in Norway.
The cleanroom is used for process development, prototyping and production of a large variety of silicon-based devices. Our foundry service offers flexibility at every level, from initial feasibility discussion to final medium-scale production. At MiNaLab, we have extensive knowledge of selected key processes, as listed below.
